Just a note to thank the service department for such kind and prompt service. My hood flew up on my way home to Toronto, and smashed the windshield. Fortunately, I was able to slowly make my way to your dealership. I arrived somewhat shaken and all I had to do was shove my ownership across the counter. A few hours later, having a nice cup of tea in your lounge, I wanted to write you a thank-you note. The free telephone allowed me to "settle down" after speaking to my family.
